What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage is browser storage that can keep preferences on a device. Similar technologies can support authentication, security, payments, maps, and application settings.

How Bluefox uses them

• Account session: bluefox_session keeps an authorized user signed in and expires no later than 30 days after it is issued.
• Registration: bluefox_registration preserves a secure, temporary signup flow and normally expires within 30 minutes.
• Google sign-in: bluefox_google_oauth protects the temporary Google authentication flow and normally expires within 10 minutes.
• Administration: limited cookies protect authorized platform-administration and view-mode features.
• Preferences: local storage remembers interface choices such as theme, navigation, report layout, selected metrics, and dismissed items.

These technologies are used to provide requested functionality, maintain security, and remember settings. Bluefox currently does not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising on its public website.

Third-party technologies

When you use an integrated feature, providers such as Stripe or Google may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their policies. Stripe supports subscription billing and customer payment forms. Google supports sign-in, address suggestions, and maps. Bluefox does not control third-party storage placed directly by those providers.

Your choices

Most browsers let you delete or block cookies and local storage. Blocking essential cookies will prevent signup, sign-in, and protected application features from working. Clearing local storage resets saved interface preferences but does not delete records stored in your Bluefox workspace.
