Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: September 15, 2026

Use Bluefox lawfully, securely, and with respect for customers, workers, and other users.

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy protects Bluefox, its customers, and the people whose information is managed through the Service. It applies to every user, account, integration, upload, message, and use of Bluefox.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  • Break a law, regulation, court order, card-network rule, or another person’s rights.
  • Send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful marketing, or communications without required consent.
  • Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass security, probe systems without authorization, or interfere with the Service.
  • Access, use, or disclose another person’s account or data without authorization.
  • Impersonate another person, misrepresent identity or affiliation, or submit fraudulent payment or financing information.
  • Store or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening, exploitative, discriminatory, infringing, or intended to facilitate harm.
  • Use automated means to scrape, overload, copy, or extract the Service except through an authorized Bluefox interface or API.
  • Resell, sublicense, benchmark for publication, or reverse engineer the Service except with written permission or where law prohibits the restriction.

Sensitive information

Do not use general notes, photos, or custom fields to store full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information unless Bluefox expressly provides a feature designed for that data.

Customer and worker communications

You must honor consent, identification, opt-out, quiet-hour, and content requirements that apply to email, phone, or text communications. You may send invoices, estimates, payment links, and operational messages only to intended recipients for legitimate business purposes.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct where reasonably necessary. When practical, we will consider severity, repetition, and the opportunity to cure. Serious security, fraud, or safety risks may require immediate action.

Report a concern

Report suspected abuse or security concerns to accounts@bluefoxsoft.com. Include enough detail for us to investigate without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
